“I had the opportunity to have the Personal Chef experience when I hired Blake to surprise my mother for her birthday on May 17, 2008. She is a big fan of the food network and I thought she would enjoy this unique gift from me. That was an understatement to begin with, as she couldn’t believe her eyes when he arrived at her door in his uniform. As the preparation of the meal began, she watched in awe as he professionally got everything in order, and then she began to relax and enjoy the whole experience. Blake answered her million questions and made her feel so comfortable. She still to this day talks about the delicious meal that was prepared in her own kitchen for her and my father. I cannot express my delight in being able to offer such a fun alternative to traditional dining in a restaurant for a special occasion. Also how lucky I was to find Blake in particular, such a pleasant, knowledgeable and truly talented Chef. I highly recommend him for any entertainment occasion that may arise and look forward to having him again at an event in the future.”
