Eloquent Entrees is proud to announce that Chef Blake Ellis has recently attained his Personal Certified Chef (PCC) certification from the prestigious American Culinary Federation (ACF—the only entity recognized by the US Department of Labor to certify individual chefs).
Chef Ellis joins an elite group of 16 chefs in the United States who have achieved PCC certification or higher in the personal chef field.
